ChartAI AI Trading Analysis Application - Terms of Service

Welcome to ChartAI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ChartAI AI trading signals and chart analysis application ("App") and any related services provided by ChartAI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Important: Please read these Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations. ChartAI provides educational analysis and trade planning tools. It does not provide financial advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ChartAI App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  • Not rely on ChartAI signals as financial advice or investment recommendations
  • Conduct your own research and due diligence before making any trading decisions

  • Not use the App to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

3. AI Processing and Trading Analysis

ChartAI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze price charts and generate trading signals. You understand and acknowledge that:

  • AI analysis results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable
  • The quality of analysis depends on the quality and timeframe of the input chart data
  • We do not guarantee specific trading results or profitability from using the AI features
  • All trading involves risk, and you may lose money
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • AI signals are for educational and analytical purposes only

4. Financial Disclaimer and Risk Warning

  • ChartAI provides educational analysis and trade planning tools only
  • ChartAI does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantee profits
  • All trading involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors
  • You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose
  • The leveraged nature of trading means that small price movements may result in large losses
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes

5. Privacy and Data

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ChartAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What You Own:

  • Your personal trading notes and observations
  • Custom alerts and watchlists you create
  • Content you generate using the App for personal use

What We Own:

  • The App and its code
  • Our brand and trademarks
  • AI models, algorithms, and analysis methods
  • Proprietary trading signal generation technology

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any trading signals will be profitable. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Specifically, we make no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated analysis
  • The profitability of any trading signals or recommendations
  • The suitability of any analysis for your individual circumstances
  • The absence of errors or omissions in the App's functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChartAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Trading losses or lost profits
  • Loss of investment capital
  • Emotional distress or anxiety related to trading
  • Business interruption or lost opportunities
  • Any other damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its analysis

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • Any data stored on our servers may be deleted
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the app owner's home jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the app owner's home jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChartAI regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements between you and ChartAI relating to the App.

Acknowledgment

BY USING THE CHARTAI APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND THAT PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
